Assisting with legally binding documents preparation: White Paper declaration, local regulatory legal acts in the field of risk management, conflict of interests, information security (cybersecurity) of the company activities. 

Merkeleon e. U.
Assisting a Belarusian subsidiary of the Austrian company Merkeleon e. U. in applying for a status of HTP resident with a project in the field of software development using blockchain technology, assistance in preparing a business project and other documents, necessary for entering the HTP.

Virtuality Park
Advising Virtuality Park, operator of one of the Europe’s largest amusement parks Teleport AR, on blockchain bonds issuance. Conducting a legal examination of the client’s blockchain bonds financial model, advising on the regulatory requirements for organizations, issuing debt instruments based on blockchain. Preparing the White Paper declaration, local regulatory legal acts on risk and conflict of interest management, as well as on the procedure for exercising internal control over the compliance of the client’s activities with the legislation. Work on this project was complicated by the fact that it was one of the first projects on the blockchain bonds issuance in Belarus. The client was preparing for the debt instruments issuance, when there was no uniform practice in interpreting and applying regulatory requirements for this type of activity.

My Power Farm
Advising My Power Farm on the implementation of a project, related to the creation and placement of digital signs (tokens) and green energy. Developing a comprehensive business modelö conducting a legal audit of the complex company's digital signs (tokens) financial model. As part of the support, we also advised the client on the regulatory requirements for the activities, carried out by the company, and also assisted the client in developing a business project for his registration as HTP resident.

Advising a Belarusian subsidiary of Recovia, a Swedish producer and seller of renewable power based on landfill gas, on blockchain bonds issuance.
