The Chinese shareholder of the JV is one of companies of the Chinese largest state corporation China Merchants Group (招商局集團). China-Belarus Industrial Park Development Company represented Belarusian party of the JV.

The JV was registered as a resident of the China Belarus Industrial Park "Great stone" in May 2015. China Merchants Group plans to implement in Industrial Park "Great stone" the project on creation of the major logistic center.
