Denis Aleinikov succesfully represented HARIBO in the Supreme Court
On February 10, 2016 Chamber for Commercial Disputes of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Belarus upheld judgment of the Court of first instance in a case concerning HARIBO Sweets LLC (Russian Federation). A Belarusian organization was dismissed with a major pecuniary claim against HARIBO Sweets LLC, whereas the disputed agreement with the Belarusian organization was declared null and void on the grounds of counter-claim of HARIBO Sweets.
HARIBO is a transnational company, manufacturing gummy and jelly sweets at 18 sites throughout the world. HARIBO Sweets LLC is a Russian unit of HARIBO located in Moscow.
