Virtus.pro is an eSports organisation that was founded in 2003 as a Counter-Strike team. After the reboot in 2011, Virtus.pro has grown into a multigaming club competing for the first places in the most popular eSports titles on the world’s largest championships. In November 2015, the team got an investment of over $100,000,000 USD from Alisher Usmanov's USM Holdings.
Aleinikov&Partners finalized the transaction between the law firm's Client, renown Belarusian mobile games developer Melesta Games and Wargaming, the developer of extremely popular World of Tanks. As a result of the last four months of hard work a strategic cooperation contract between two companies was signed.
