Belgian company Litussoft acquired CactusSoft, a Belarusian outsourcing company, which is the resident of Hi-Tech Park. Aleinikov&Partners law firm provided overall legal assistance to CactusSoft on the deal.
According to Bram van Nieuwerburgh, a founder of Litussoft, one of the key factors that influenced the choice of Belarusian jurisdiction to expand business was the support of Hi-Tech Park, which allows working in preferential tax conditions.

It is noted that in the future the company will engage in blockchain-based projects.
